Additional Fees Beyond the Item Price :
送料・梱包費・配送保険料等は作品価格に含めず、購入申込後に送り主である出品者が確定します。固定送料が設定されている場合を除き、購入者は送料等を含めた最終金額を確認してから決済へ進みます。送料等は出品者への実費枠として扱い、Art-Boxの取引手数料の対象には含めません。

Payment period :
購入申込後、出品者が送料・梱包費・配送保険料等を確定し、購入者が最終金額を確認した後に決済します。固定送料が設定されている場合は、申込後すぐに最終金額の確認へ進めます。
Delivery Timing & Method :
発送は送り主である出品者が行います。発送方法、送料、梱包費、配送保険料、引渡し時期は作品ごとに出品者が確定します。
About Returns & Cancellations :
Due to the nature of artworks, returns and cancellations cannot be accepted in principle. If special terms apply, they will follow the description on each artwork page or individual arrangements with the seller.
